A national treasure: adorable baby pandas

China has numerous national treasures, but the giant panda might be the cutest one. They are known around the world for their delightful demeanor, with their chubby bodies and black-and-white appearance.

Pandas excel at climbing trees, eating bamboo and sleeping. Their agile skills and their playfulness are cherished by many. And even more adored are panda cubs. Belgium is no exception.

Xing Hui and Hao Hao have been living in the Pairi Daiza zoo since 2014. In 2016, Tian Bao was born and twins Bao Di and Bao Mei joined the family in 2019. In total, there are currently five pandas staying in Belgium.

We also have a heart-warming video about two pandas in China: an adult panda and her baby! Ying Hua is 14 years old and an experienced mother. Here we see her taking care of her cub. The panda baby has grown a lot since its birth and is starting to participate in outdoor activities.

What is striking about this cub is the pinkish hue of its hair. Online fans have come up with a cute nickname for the baby: Panda Hi.
