The current economic and social challenges to be dealt with calls for constant political reforms. Such an age eager for changes and alternatives breaks the “Metanarrative” which used to be observed dominant.

China, known for its fruitful “Opening and Reforms” Policy during more than three decades, has since long triggered considerable changes related to political system in China, which are continuing at a sustained pace. Compared with 30 years ago, 20 years ago, even 10 years ago, every aspect of Chinese society, how the country is governed, from the most local level to the highest centre, are unrecognisable today. According to Eric Li, renowned scholar on political ideas and systems, the Party is the world’s leading expert in political reform adapting to new realities.
